MA Fitness Ep. 3 – Crash Mat Conditioning

Looking for a super simple way to work your cardio and endurance? Try this mini circuit: 100 crash mat jumps followed 20 incline push-ups. Repeat 3 more times for a total of 4 sets. It shouldn’t take you more than 20 minutes so give it a try! Until next time!
