MA Fitness Ep 8: Suspended “V” Sits

The suspended “V” sit or Bosu “V” sit is an advanced ab workout that focuses on stabilizing your core as well as building it stronger. This exercise is not for beginners and certainly not for someone that has a weak back. The Bosu “V” sit is great for us martial artists because it works the same muscles that we would use for a lot of our kicks. Working the stabilizer muscles is a great way to shock your core into building a stronger happier body especially if you aren’t seeing any results the old fashioned way.

Enjoy!

Special thanks to Jen for being such a good soldier.
